結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn) Structural characteristics
空壓機(jī)專用電機(jī)是專門(mén)針對(duì)螺桿壓縮機(jī)的運(yùn)行特性和使用情況而開(kāi)發(fā)的，其防護(hù)等級(jí)分為IP23和IP54兩種。絕緣等級(jí)為F級(jí)，額定輸出時(shí)按B級(jí)溫升考核，服務(wù)系數(shù)下運(yùn)行按F級(jí)溫升考核。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置的進(jìn)口軸承，高精度的零部件加工，精心的裝配保證軸承的高可靠性運(yùn)行。其功率等級(jí)和安裝尺寸符合IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，效率高、噪音低、節(jié)能環(huán)保、可靠性高，是螺桿壓縮機(jī)的最適用產(chǎn)品。
This series motor is designed for special operation of compressor, with protection degree IP54 or IP23. Its insulation is class F, used in temperature class B at rate output and used in temperature class F at service factor output. Imported bearing for standard configuration, high precision of parts processing and accurate assembly ensure bearings have high reliability. Its rate power and mounting dimension meet IEC standard. This series motor has the characteristics of high efficiency, high reliability, low noise, little vibration, is the preferred product for compessor.
